ARW Weddings and Events also specialises in designing and producing private events from birthday celebrations, corporate events and product launches, no event is ever too small or too large.

As founder of ARW Weddings & Events, Amanda has spent the last few years building many strong relationships with the best companies in the events industry abroad & London. Myself and our design team will create your dream event. We’ll take care of all the important tasks, right down to the finer details, ensuring you enjoy every minute of the process and have fun along the way.
Our aim is to create a unique experience every time by constantly exploring new ideas.
Amanda, is a member of Event Planners International Collaboration (EPIC) Founded by event planners Sarah Haywood (London) Marcy Bloom (United States), EPIC is a world wide-
network of event and wedding professionals. Holding the EPIC marque and certificate.
Amanda Rollison- Woodward, founder of ARW Weddings & Events and her team are the first English wedding and event planners licensed to officially work as an EPIC member and to carry the EPIC marque.

Charlotte was born and raised in London. Her experience working for a prestigious project management firm for many years was critical in building her skills in customer service and the knowledge that even the smallest details are important.
At the age of 30, She moved to the Algarve coast in Portugal to build and expand her successful second career in Wedding and Event Management. She now splits her time between Lisbon, Porto and the Algarve running the business and enjoying the beauty of Portugal.
Her experience in fast-paced project management and the knowledge of Portugals best-kept secrets,
(breathtaking beaches, historic palaces, garden venues and contacts to local vendors) means that she can organize a truly flawless day so the bride and groom can focus on what will be the most magical moment of their lives.
Charlotte is a member of EPIC, a prestigious Event Planner International Collaborative. EPIC is the Global benchmark for excellence in standard, service, and delivery in the industry. An affiliation with EPIC ensures ARW will deliverer beautifully executed, unique and tasteful luxury weddings of an international level.

Luiz was born in Brazil but has since lived in different countries, such as Ireland and Portugal. Luiz has a degree in Marketing and Advertising and one of his specialisations is in Event Management. Luiz has had the chance to be part of incredible events around the world and also being part of weddings in Brazil, Dublin, Madrid, and Lisbon. His main passion is seeing and making people happy, helping people to make their dreams come true is something that motivates him the most.
